Check the Firmware version of the display from "OSD - MONITOR INFORMATION" on screen menu.
If either of the versions is older than the following versions, needs to update the Firmware.

• *After updating the firmware to this revision, the PICTURE menu and SpectraView Engine settings in the display initialize automatically.
• *After updating the FIRMWARE over Rev.1.7, please use the following version or later for each application.
  • SpectraView2 (Ver. 1.1.40)
  • MultiProfiler (Ver. 1.4.30)
  • Intelligent Wireless Data App (Ver. 1.0.27)
